How to Delete Your Account
Follow these simple steps to permanently delete your Twinkle account and all associated data:

Tap Profile Icon
Open the Twinkle app and tap on your profile icon or account icon at the top of the screen

Navigate to Your Profile Screen
You will be taken to the "Your Profile" screen where you can see your account settings

Select "Delete Account" under Account Section
Scroll down to find the Account section and tap on "Delete Account"

Enter Your Email and Password
On the Delete Account screen, provide your email address and password to confirm your identity

Confirm Deletion
Tap the "Delete Account" button. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately
⚠️ Important:
Once you delete your account, all your data including memories, notes, and settings will be permanently deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.

Is my data backed up?
Yes, your data is automatically synced to our secure cloud storage. However, if you delete your account, all your data will be permanently deleted.
Can I use Twinkle on multiple devices?
Yes! Log in with the same account on multiple devices, and your memories will sync automatically across all of them.
What happens to my data when I delete my account?
When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our servers immediately. This includes all your memories, photos, notes, and account information. This action cannot be undone.
How do I change my password?
